ABOUT

A strategic thinker and former BCG consultant, I now explore opportunities in corporate strategy and transformation.
After three years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I dedicated two years to independent research on the hidden architectures of organisational value, via economics, and a variety of interdisciplinary fields. This work produced frameworks for quantifying intangible assets, such as emotional capital, cultural dynamics, and aesthetic resonance, that traditional metrics overlook.
My approach synthesises economic modelling with human-centred intelligence, revealing how trust, design excellence, and brand resonance create measurable competitive advantage. Recent work includes the Synthesis Engine methodology for real-time value mapping and the Aesthetics Ledger framework for ROI quantification of design investments.
Returning to corporate strategy, I bring both BCG-honed analytical rigour and fresh perspectives on navigating post-digital transformation in the LLM age. My frameworks help leadership teams see beyond the balance sheet to the human dynamics that truly drive resilient value creation.
